- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. If you call ahead (like they say to do if you're needing to make a late payment) they will still send the payment through. And after calling them and the bank and having the "manager" to this loan shark place tell me there is nothing she can do for me at this point, I'm screwed. Don't you love it when there is nothing a manager can do to help you? Isn't that amazing customer service? After I called ahead to make sure this wouldn't happen? It still does and there is not a thing they can do about it. Amazing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!By Josh Fittro, March 29, 2017
