  Well i didn't experience this but it comes from a good source..and im quite upset. A neighbor of mine was walking a puppy (or should i say dragging him) and a passerby confronted him on it. This person that was walking the puppy then told him to mind his own business and kicked the puppy dead in the face!! So the guy told him hey if you don't want the dog give it to someone who does. At this point the guy with the puppy pulls a gun on the other guy. Police were called and building was surrounded for about 3 hrs. And GUESS WHAT puppy was not taken away!!! How can this happen??? If you know it is a bad situation how can you leave the poor baby there??? :( First of all this building is known for drugs so i'm assuming that is the cause for the 3 hrs but come on aren't you people suppose to save the babies?!?! Would you leave a child in that situation? No...so why leave an innocent puppy?
